The latest interactive darling being profiled by nearly every media outlet this week seems to be Augmented Reality (AR). It’s a technology that’s difficult to get your head around, because it can take so many forms, from video games to cameras to military hardware. Simply put, it’s “layering data or graphics over pictures of the real world according to the user’s position in it”, as explained by Telegraph head of digital production Ian Douglas. But what real world application does it have for your organization?
